In-Mold Labeling

Line 1 has state-of-the-art technology to print in-mold labeling (IML), further reducing paper consumption. This eliminates the use of pressure-sensitive labels, or stickers, that need paper backing.
Solar Energy

USBP has one of the biggest solar installations in NJ, approximately 620,000 sqft. of solar panels that further minimize our carbon footprint.
Waste Reduction

The entire USBP team practices lean manufacturing techniques designed to address all possible waste streams and implement innovative recycling solutions.
Recycled Water

Our water treatment plant recycles our process water that then is reused to irrigate 200 oxygen-generating trees that surround our beautiful manufacturing site.
Eliminating Freight Transportation

Our partnership with Plastipak has eliminated freight and logistics carbon footprint by producing their bottles at the same site; which, is immediately used in the filling lines.
Rehabilitated Railroads

USBP has rehabilitated 3 railroad sites, located between our warehouse and manufacturing facilities, to transport raw goods and finished products. It not only reduces our carbon footprint but also doubles our logistics effectiveness.
