US Beverage Packers has built a state-of-the-art 650,000 sqft. manufacturing facility and a 20,000 sqft. tractor and trailer maintenance facility adjacent to each other.  Both are within the epicenter of the Raritan Center Business Park, New Jersey.​

 

The USBP facility runs 5 filling lines that support an assorted size of cans, bottles, and jugs for an endless array of flavors and co-packing possibilities. 

 

We use plastic resin, transported by rail car to achieve maximum efficiency for blow molding output. This rail track design allows for both resin and sugar to be brought in and piped directly into the facility via underground pumps and piping, which starts at the train track location and ends inside the facility. We also have our partner, Plastipak, on-site to further improve bottle-to-filler efficiency.

The facility utilizes LED light and houses a 5-megawatt solar farm positioned on the roof. The facility also has a truck snow removal system and a truck pit scale.
